DISI RMA Policy
To ensure the quickest possible service, please READ CAREFULLY
1) All products come with a 90-day repair/replacement/credit warranty unless otherwise stated on original invoice.
2) Fill out RMA form completely. Please be sure to include original invoice number, date and serial numbers for drives.
3) Fax completed form to DISI at (760) 343-5300 or email to gus.duarte@disiusa.net and RMA number will be issued for eligible drives. Eligibility is determined from date of original invoice to the date of request. An RMA # will be faxed or emailed back.
4) The RMA is valid for 14 business days from date issued.
5) Clearly mark the RMA # on the outside of the package(s).
6) Return shipment is on customer’s accounts.
7) Repaired/replaced drives will be returned at our expense by UPS ground. If other return method is desired, please include your FedEx / UPS account number on RMA.
8) The drives must be returned inside an EDS (anti-static) bag. Make sure drives are secured in drive box with form insert or securely packed in individual bubble wrap. Drives should not be packed with metal-to-metal or touch the outside of the box. Failure to meet these packaging requirements may result with voided warranty.
